Introduction:
 Tuning fork level switch also called electronic float which is a kind of new control switch.
Principle: Through the installation of the tuning fork on the
base of the tuning fork vibration of a piezoelectric crystal in the resonance frequency. When the tuning fork and the medium contact, tuning fork frequency and amplitude changes, these changes are detected by the intelligent circuit, and converts it into a switch signal.
This switch is maintenance free,small power drive,no loss when working,long life-span,sensitive and reliable,with so much advantages,it is widely used in chemistry-industry,light industry,food,water treatment industries.It can be used in liquid with foam,turbulence,stir,shake.
Since the tuning fork level switch didn’t have moving parts,so it doesn’t need  maintenance and adjustment,we can say it is an upgraded version of float liquid level controller.
