Its main ingredient is SiO2·nH2O, indissolvable in water and inorganic acid ，dissolvable in hydrofluoric acid and thick caustic alkali solution. It has high mechanical strength and good abrasive resistance. It has the inner structure with pore volume of 0.***0.*0ml/g, pore diameter of ****0Å and specific surface area of ******0m2/g. This product is mainly used as air humidity modifier, catalyst and catalyst carrier, used as the padding for pets and used for producing fragrance silica gel and also it can be used as the raw material for such chromatography silica gel as fine chemical products.
