Waste Tire Bead Wire Cutting Machine is to cut an opening on the inner side of tire,so as to prepare for drawing out the bead wire in next procedure.

1.The cutter blade edge is welded with high-hardness, anti-ware alloy to the thickness of *0mm, which has a long lifespan and can be welded and used repeatedly.

2.It is driven by hydraulic pressure. The blade wil get inside slowly when it is loaded with a tire, but it will get out very quickly, so as to enhave the efficiency greatly.

3.The blade will be lifted by hyraulic pressure automatically, which reduces laobour considerably.
