The COTON PROFESSIONAL *2 tyre testing machine is used to
quickly and efficiently detect tyre defects such as bulges,
punctures, cuts, cracks, and all types of cords and bead damage.
With its help, a skilled operator can test a tyre in less than a
minute, making it indispensable in tyre warehouses and tyre
fitters, as well as in tyre retreading and recycling plants.
This machine is one of our bestsellers, as it combines proven
solutions with an affordable price. Efficient operation is ensured
here by a motor for turning the tyre to be tested, which is
activated by means of a foot switch (pedal) or a switch on top of
the tester (both options available). Whats more, a heavy-duty guard
protects the operator from the consequences of an unexpected burst
of an inflated tyre.
The machine is suitable for testing tyres dismounted from ****2
inch rims (car, jeep or light truck), and a set of locking latches
(pawls) allows tyres of any width to be fitted to the machine.
Three pairs of discs (plates) are available in the
kit:

In order to start working on this tyre tester, it needs to
be connected to an average capacity air compressor by means of a
quick-release coupling (main power supply) and an electrical outlet
(motor power supply). The control itself, on the other hand, is
convenient and intuitive and is carried out via levers located on
both sides of the machine.€
