UDM**0 series level transmitter
UDM**0 series level transmitter manufactured by the international advanced sensing diaphragm, coupled with the company's three patented structure. It is mainly used in petrochemical industry, mine, boiler, environmental protection, water treatment industry. It is mainly for level measurement of water, chemical solution, slurry and crude oil under atmospheric pressure.

Structure principle
The transmitter is composed by the measuring probe, junction box and fixed connections.

There are silicon pressure sensitive component in the probe. Because of the silicon micro-machining, laser trimming, wafer bonding and other high technology applications, the sensor has good linearity, temperature stability and high precision. Silicon sensitive component is packaged by the isolation diaphragm. It detect the liquid pressure and the upper atmospheric pressure ΔP = ρHg. ρ is the liquid density, H is the liquid height. H = ΔP / ρg, measured ΔP, given ρ , g, you can get the liquid level height.

The silicon pressure sensor transmit liquid level to mV signal. Then sent to the module junction box of the electronic unit. It is amplified and linearized into 4 ~ *0mA constant current standard signal. Adjust the external wiring of the module can complete the range change, zero migration, three-wire and four-wire transmission. The module has the protection of over current (around *8mA).
