Broadband Absorber

Ultracoustic Horizon™ is a range of high performance fabric covered acoustic panels designed for use in applications where superior acoustic performance is desired and aesthetics are of utmost concern.
Made from high density fiber-baords, Horizon™ panels have up to six times greater density than typical PU panels for balanced absorption throughout the audio listening range. 

Each panel is fully encapsulated with micro-mesh and edges are chemically treated to assure safe handling during installation. Panels are then covered in a tough yet acoustically transparent high-end fabric and offered in three 'neutral' colors with choice (Black, Beige, Grey). Panels may alternately be re-covered with any breathable fabric to suit those with greater aesthetic flare.

Horizon Broadband Absorbers are 1 or *-inch thick panels, available in choice of 3 colors (Black, Beige, Grey)

Mounting:
Mounting Broadband Absorbers is easy and quickly accomplished using Ultracoustic Surface Impalers. Most installations only require three impalers per panel. For areas with higher traffic, four or more impalers may be used. For extra security, add a dab of adhesive on the impalers to secure the panel in place. This is recommended in classrooms or public places.
Should additional bass attenuation be required, mounting Broadband Absorbers using off-set impalers can increase the performance by as much as one octave in low frequency region. Bass absorption can be extended further using Corner Impalers and stacking the panels.
