The principle of ultrasonic cleaning is that the high frequency oscillation generated by the generator is converted to high frequency mechanical vibration by the transducer, to broadcast to the cleaning fluid, to conduct efficient cleaning to the article. 
LSA-E*5/***0 ultrasonic cleaner is composed by two parts: ultrasonic generator (ultrasonic power supply) and ultrasonic rinse tank (bonded with ultrasonic transducer). The ultrasonic generator converts the power frequency electric energy to high frequency electric signal of *5KHz, and transmit it to the ultrasonic transducer by high frequency cable.  After applied with high frequency voltage, the transducer generates powerful ultrasonic vibration, which broadcasts quickly in the fluid, and acts on the liquid medium of the ultrasonic rinse tank, and generates the vibration of *5 thousand times/second, to shake off the dirt attached on the work piece and device, to achieve the cleaning purpose.

Step One: Place the ultrasonic generator at places more than 1.6m away from the ground, away from water and fluid.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
Step Two: Connect the aviation plug at backside of the rinse tank to the socket on backside of the ultrasonic generator, and ensure tight connection.

Step Five: 1. Push the power switch to on.
         2. Adjust the power according to the needs, increase of power clockwise, and 0 of power anticlockwise to the end.
