Concept: Fabric is pulled off the roll onto the table by a servo controlled pull-off carriage with simultaneous ultrasonic slitting to required width. Ultrasonic cross cut at required pull-off length. Data entry with touch screen and DDE (Direct Dimension Entry) on a displayed awning schematic or by optional computer network. Automatic calculation of fabric lengths and width according to dimensions of finished awning cover. Automatic positioning of longitudinal ultrasonic cutter.
