1. Drum type upper roll with
the adjusting function of the supporting roll of lower roll to
ensure the high precision linearity of rolling workpiece.
Use drum type upper roll structure
whose preset value is *0% of roll uniformly
distributed
loading.
Small diameter of lower roll with the supporting roll which can
be adjusted up and downï¼›According to the loading of rolling workpiece,
adjust the supporting roll under lower roll to improve the
linearity of rolling workpiece.
2. Rear rolling & high
precision roundness of workpiece
The machine rolls workpiece at the
back, that is the plate feeding direction and rolling direction
of upper roll is on the contrary. The upper roll presses down,
meanwhile the lower roll rotates so as to roll plate
continuously. The plate material end is pre-bent directly under
pressure to avoid the occurrence of front part bending relief
angle, and control the length and shape of remained straight
side. Comparing with 3 roll asymmetric mechanical rolling
machine, 3 roll asymmetric mechanical rolling machine bends the
plate in the front, it firstly pre-bends the plate at the both
ends of plate, then rolls the plate symmetrically. Relief angle
is easy to happen for the rolled workpiece, and shape of remained
straight side could not be controlled. Otherwise 3 roll
asymmetric mechanical rolling machine needs the experienced
operators to operate
3. Reduce the misalignment of
workpiece.
Upper Roll Universal Plate Rolling
Machine takes the following measures to reduce the misalignment
of workpiece.
1) Strictly control the quality of
two lower rolls processing precision, centering distance between
two lower rolls and their geometrical production
specification.
2) Electrical-hydraulic
synchronization
of upper roll uses feedback system and upper roll can be leveled
automatically.
Stroke of upper roll oil cylinder
is measured by rotary encoder. Controller compares the high and
low level output and transmits them to PLC to control
solenoid directional
valves
of two sides of upper rolls.
