Because the lethal point of general bacteria is below *8 °C and *0min, the mixed raw materials can be treated by this method to kill pathogenic bacteria and most of the non-pathogenic bacteria; Mixed raw materials are heated and suddenly cooled, and sharp changes in heat and cold can also promote the death of bacteria.
