Indask UV flatbed printer can print various flat material, such as glass, wood, ceramic, MDF, acrylic, metal, PVC, foam board, KT board, corrugated board, etc.

Machine Technology

Indask printing machine is adopting UV ink, which is envronmetally friendly and harmless to human beings. UV ink contains UV triggering molecule, by UV light curing it will be immediately dry. Thus pictures printed by UV printer is water-proof, and wear-resistant, can be kept outdoor for long time, at least 3 years.

Machine Advantages

1) Machine stand is strong, it can bear heavy printing media.

2) Working table is preciously flat, it can give superior printing quality.

3) Control system is stable, can meet continuous working requirement.

4) All ink valves are orginal from U.K. high quality valves, so negative pressure system is very stable, it can give you good printing quality.

5) Indask printing machine has 4 Liter rechargable ink tank, when ink is nearly used out, it is only required to pout ink into such ink tank, it is good and easy.

6) Indask printing machine have two circulating systems to white ink, one is internal circulating system inside white ink bottle, the other one is internal circulating system between white ink tank and white ink sub-tank, now white ink quality is much more better.

7) We made separate circuit board with relay to control ink pump, thus to protect mother board and to ensure ink system working well.

8) We are using Delta servo drive and servo motor for X, Y, Z axis.

9) Indask printing machine can print picture from front to back or from back to front, it can help save much printing time.

*0) For X axis, Indask printing machine is using 2 guide rails, it is much more stable.

*1) For Y axis, Indask printing machine is using 2 ball screws, it is much more stable.

*2) For Z axis, we are using ball screw instead of raster and raster decoder, it is much stable .

*3) UV lamp system is controlled electrically, it is much more accuarae than air control UV system.

*4) Negative pressure is controlled automatically, negative pressure pump will run slower or faster automatically as per actual negative meter value.
