Description: 
Biohouse^® UV-resistant Clear Oil is a clear wood finish for outdoor. It protects wood against UV in sunlight and
prolongs the greying. It also contains active ingredients which protect wood against fungi and mould.
 
Biohouse UV-resistant Clear Oil is suitable for all kinds of outdoor wooden products, especially decking, terrace or patio.
It is excellent in weather resistance. The oil penetrates deeply into wood and provides excellent water-resistant and dirt
repellent surface. It will not crack or peel over long period. For future renovation, no sanding is necessary. Just apply a
new coat.
 
Biohouse^® UV-resistant Clear Oil can also be used as topcoat over outdoor stains as a protective topcoat.
 
For better UV protection, we recommend to use UV-resistant Clear Oil tinted with Biohouse Tinting Color, especially for
area directly exposed to strong sunlight.

Surface treatment:
Wood surface must be clean, dry and frost free, maximum moisture content *0%,
old paint or varnish must be removed first.
 
Application:  
Ready to use. Please do not thin. Stir thoroughly. 2 coats are necessary.
Use good quality bristle brush and apply one coat evenly along wood grain.
Second coat: after first coat 6 - 8 hours
Can also be applied with spraying gun.
 
Drying time: (*0℃,RH*0%,Provide good ventilation)
Dust dry: approx. 6 - 8 hours, 
Hard dry: approx. *4hours
Final hardness after approx. 7 **4 days
 
Coverage:
Hardwood: *6m² / L per coat
Softwood: *0m²/L per coat
 
The above coverage is calculated on smooth surface. Coverage varies greatly on different wood species, surface
smoothness, application method, etc.
 
 
 
Packing Size:
Available in 0.*5L, 2.5L and *0L metal cans.
 
Tool cleaning:
Use biohouse^® Superclean Thinner **0 or white spirit.
 
Maintenance and renovation:
Normally no sanding required. Clean the surface with Biohouse Wood Reviver **7 and follow with power-washing.
Use Biohouse^® UV-resistant Clear Oil to maintain once every **2 years or when necessary depending on the weathering
conditions and traffic load.
 
Content: 
modified vegetable oil, UV absorber and inhibitor, fungicide, lead free siccative, disaromatized white spirit.
 
Pot life: 
Can be stored above 3 years if can is full and tightly closed.
 
Caution: 
Cloths impregnated with oil should be put in a bucket of water or stored in a airtight container immediately after
use to eliminate any risk of spontaneous combustion.
Stored out of the reach of children. Stored cool place.
 
Disposal:
Dried product residues can be composted or put into the household waster. Liquid paint residues: EAK waste
code *****2;EAK classification : paints. Packing material : Tin-plate. Empty containers can be recycled.
