1. Application:

The VTM series vacuum hot-pressing-diffusion welding furaces integrate hot-pressing formation and high-temperature sintering and are mainly applied in powder metallurgy industry and ceramic industry and applicable to formation and sintering process in special atmospheres such as rich oxygen, and can be also applied for vacuum diffusion welding of stainless steel and aluminum materials. These furnaces have the advantage of high welding strength.  

2. Features:

2.1 Computer system is adopted for control to complete the heating and pressurizing processes automatically.

2.2 Perfect alarm system can protect the equipments effectively.

2.3 Closed loop control is adopted for the pressurizing process with high pressurizing precision.

2.4 Temperatures at low-temperature stage and high-temperature stage are controlled by different temperature control components with automatic switchover.
