MAPB series pneumatic actuator is the new product with latest technology, nice shape and compact structure. MAP has three series according to torque: MAP pinion-and-rack Type, MAPF Fork Type and MAPB large Fork Type. MAP series is widely used in the field of automatic control.



1. Fork transmission mechanism changes linear movement into rotary motion. Applied for large caliber 90°rotary valves;

2.Air to two cylinders at the same time with large output torque and steady movement;

3.±5° Adjustment range at 0° and 90° point for rotation;

4.Low air consumption due to piston cavities separated from body-cavity;

5.Double Acting/Single Acting type can simply installed to satisfy different requirements;

6.ISO5211 mounting standard at the bottom make it easy to connect with various kinds of valves;

7.NAMURoutput shaft on the top, easy to install control accessory such as limit switch, positioner;

8.Slot on top output shaft to indicate valve switch position;

9.Worm and worm gear hand drive device for manual operation;

10.PST online stroke test function detects the failures of the key position to avoid accident.
