Billon valve special CNC boring machine can process the valve flange parts ,  tapping bore, sealing surface . CNC rotary table can complete all the machining of the valve by one clamping .

5. Taiwan high precision spindle and with heat treatment , it can make up to *0kg/mm2 . At the same time ,the spindle is equipped with four front axle and two rear axle to guarantee the spindle rigidity and precision under high speed.

1. We provide fault repair response service for *4 hours a day . We will provide one hour telephone response firstly ,after receiving user service .When we cant solve the problem in the phone, we will arrive within *4hours , and solve the problem on the arrival day .
2. During the warranty period , if spare parts of the equipment we provided need to be changed , we will provide spare parts of the same quality and performance within 3 working days to ensure its normal operation .
3. We will take the responsibility for any damage due to the quality during the warranty period. Users need to pay no expense for the warranty .
