Characteristic:

High speed automatic flute laminating machine adopts automatic system for base-paper and laminating-layer feeding, suitable for high-speed automatic laminating process between color surface paper and the corrugated paper as the base. The machine consists of six parts: surface-paper feeder, surface-paper conveyor, base-paper feeder, gluing roll, glue pasting and pressing roll and the conveyor for finished product. The surface-lamination is sent out from the feeder, through the conveyor to the positioning device. At the same time, the base paper goes out through the gluing roll, reaching this position as well. The two pieces are jointed together and rolled out.

Automatic Control System

1. Adopt PLC control system, which is of simple structure and reliable performance.

2. Automatic indication of normal operation and breakdown signals, automatic emergency stop.

3. Adopt frequency convertor, which is power-economic.

4. Automatic alarming and emergency stop in case of no glue, no surface paper, no base paper, or when the surface paper is double.

Paper feeding

Surface paper feeding

Sucking head, similar to the feeding part of color-printer, is used, with slow but steady feeding speed, reliable and continuous performance.

Side guide

The machine adopts slide guides similar as the part of color-printer, which is automatic, reliable and accurate.

Front guide

This part is used for controlling the surface-paper, which can be adjusted in terms of between roll space for swift operation of the base paper. The surface paper is always accurately positioned, and this part is maintenance-free, and no replacement is needed.

Base-paper conveying method

Strong sucking-belt is used, and the sucking valve adopts unique air-refilling system, which ensure that there is air being sucked in no matter the valve is open or close. The air-sucking motor is durable, free of high temperature.

Conveyor belt approach the use of powerful torque motor-driven, high-speed accuracy, stability, maintenance-free.

Plastic roll transmission

When the main motor halts, a separate motor will drive the glue-pasting roll and glue-amount controller at a low speed, which can save power. When the main motor starts, it will drive the plastic rolls together with other rollers. However the gule-amount controller remains a low speed, to avoid any glue spilling.

Adjustment of space

The machine adopts chain-double-roller for sychro-adjustment, which is time-efficient
