Order notice:

* The default size of custom stamp is 2.**3.0cm, we will make the custom stamp according to the designs, the size for designed patterns is mostly 3.0cm. for 4cm custom stamp the price is slightly higher, if you need 4cm custom stamp, you can choose it.

* Please contact us before order both for "designed pattern" and "your design". For designed patterns, please tell us the change, and we will confirm whether it's available; for your design, please show us the AI or CDR format picture of your design, we will confirm whether it's ok for stamp production.

* Please leave a message about the "designed NO" when placing order, or provide us the picture of your design.

* Normally, we will send out the products within 7 days, it can be a little longer during special period. But it will be within *0 days.

* The default shipping method is "China post air mail". Please contact to talk about shipping methods for large qantity. Thank you!

There are 2 ways to customize your stamp:

1. You design and provide us the picture of the pattern you want

* For this way, you need to provide us the AI or CDR format picture of your design. If you don't have AI or CDR format, you can also provide us a clear JPG or PNG(high resolution) format picture. Then we will confirm whether it's ok for stamp production.

2. Using our designed patterns

* For this way, you can change the letters and date in the picture, but better use same number of letters. For example, if it's 2 letters in picture, you'd better use 2 letters. You'd better contact us to confirm whether this change is available for stamp production.

Designed decorative patterns:

*- The wedding and Love series
*- Birthday series
*- Other decorative patterns

 

Finished product:

*- Custom stamp set 1(7 pieces: stamp * 1 + sealing wax * 3 + spoon * 1 + white wax * 2)

Note: 

* The sealing wax will be 1 * golden + 1 * silver + 1 * deep red, can't be changed to the other colors. Hope for your 

understanding!

* 4CM custom stamp can't be packed into the box directly for its size, so we will So we will 

take apart the stamp head and wooden handle, then pack into the box or pack separately.
