INPUT FREQUENCY: ****2Hz.

b)      Electronic Sensing Circuit for prolonged HIGH/LOW Voltage condition at the output .

c)       Auxiliary Relay & Timer Circuit.

INDICATIONS & OUTPUT TRIP: a) LED for power on.

       b)    For Input LOW/HIGH Voltage Condition.

c)       Output Overload. (OPTIONAL IN CASE OF OIL COOL)

d)      Output Voltage HIGH/LOW condition remaining for more than 5 sec.

MODE OF OPERATION: AUTO/MANUAL

CONTROL: In AUTO mode the unit operates automatically, but if the unit is inoperative in AUTO mode, the MANUAL control can be utilized which controls the motor movements in both forward & reverse directions manually by increase/decrease momentary contact toggle.

PILOT: This indicates that the unit is ON through LED lamp.

VOLTMETER: This is sensitive and precisely calibrated meter to monitor the load voltage continuously by /output selector switch

SET VOLTAGE: The output voltage can be adjusted any where between **0V to **0V while in AUTO operation with corresponding change in condition.

 INDICATIONS: Indicates the Under & Over range conditions of the supply voltage. An electronic indication operates instantaneously when the unit is subjected to voltage outside its specific range.

CIRCUIT BREAKER: This is a miniature magnetic circuit breaker, which automatically trips off the unit & load from the mains supply. It however does not respond to high starting currents of inductive load. (OPTIONAL IN CASE OF OIL COOL)

There are PCB’s with all industrial grade components for each phase; Card consists of power supply, level detector & sensing circuits & over voltage & under voltage circuits (optional)

FEATURES (*-Phase unit)

Three single-phase units are connected in star connection, individual sensing & connection for each phase to monitor unbalanced voltage & output load.

i)                    Constant output (± 0.5%) in each phase with unbalanced supply & unbalanced load.

ii)                  Voltmeter to monitor any phase or phase to neutral voltage (both and output).

iii)                 Automatic cut-out by an AC Contactor in case of:

a)       Single Phasing

b)      Under or Over Voltage range in any phase.

c)       Overloading in any phase.

MAINTENANCE

We do not recommend any trouble shooting of this unit by any person who is not trained in our factory. However periodic maintenance is essential.

a)       Keep the stabilizer clean from dust and direct moisture. No component requires any periodic oiling or lubrication.

b)      Carbon brush of the Dimmerstat may get worn out after prolonged use. In case of worn out it should be replaced, the may be procured from market.

c)       Clean the contacts occasionally.

d)      Do not unnecessarily overload the unit.

e)       Ensure proper earthing.
