1. Working principle statementÂ
The working principle for this system is crushing waste battery into pieces through breaking machine, then cleaning the pieces via vibrating screen, washing away the lead slime and separating it according to proportions and buoyancy difference in hydraulic separator. After that, the separated debris will be sent out by screw conveyor from different arranged exports.

2.Process description
Battery unloading and storage:
Batteries deliver to material workshop by trucks, the whole batteries will be weighted as a unit and picked randomly for gross weighting. Net weighting after drying the water inside of batteries. Recording the weight and storing separately.

Electrolyte collecting and filtering :
Â
If waste lead-acid batteries are broken during the operation of unloading, the electrolyte will flow into the material pit. Also electrolyte will drift back into storage tank when the batteries through the vibrator feeder belt. The filtered liquid will go into acid concentration plant for disposing.

Loading :The waste lead-acid batteries in raw material pit will be transferred into storage bin by six petals grab crane. The vibrator feeder blew storage bin will transport batteries to belt evenly by changing the frequency of electric machine. For making crusher work normally and increasing the service life of tup, there is a metal detector on the belt to remove magnetic metals during transportation.

Crushing:
There are *0 tups in the crusher to crush, thump and grind the waste lead-acid batteries which dropping from belt. The battery pieces will be packed in the grate (size *0X*0mm) and fall into the first vibrosieve to be cleaned and separated.

Separating:
There are *8 spray nozzles on the first vibrosieve which will flush the battery fragments,the lead slime (siftage) will falling into sedimentation tank through screen mesh(0.5mm wide),then affected by flocculant, agglomerated and subsided quickly. Deposited Lead slime at the bottom of tank will be transported to lead slurry mixing tank by scraper and stirred in it. The lead mud will pump into pre-desulfurization device to desulfurize when the proportion and liquid level appropriate and then pump to filter machine for pressure filtration dehydration and separating lead plaster. Polypropylene, heavy plastic and lead grid on sieve will send into first hydro-separatorand vibrosieve for clean separately. Floating Polypropylene will be removed from system by helix during the first separation,heavy materials will deposit at the bottom of hydraulic separator and transport to intermediate separator by the weight helix and lead grid cleaning spiral. Heavy plastic and inclusion which not separate completely will float by air and water flow and drift to reflux line into second vibrosieve to re-separation. Lead grid will deposit in the bottom of intermediate separator and be separated by lead grid spiral. Under the affection of water and air flow, the heavy plastic which is rated between polypropylene and lead grid via reflux line into second vibrosieve. The materials which from the two reflux lines and vibrosieve (4X4mm) going into lead mud sedimentation chamber. Heavy plastic (average specific gravity1.7) and halfway separated polypropylene will be moved into second separator. Polypropylene floating on the water will be moved by turning bed and send out from system by polypropylene spiral. The heavy plastic will deposit on the bottom of second separator and be moved out by plastic spiral.

Lead plaster filter-pressing and storage :

The lead plaster will be stirred into suspended state in lead slurry mixing tank and pump to pre-desulfurization device when it achieves an appropriate status in quality, proportion and level After desulfurization, it will be send to filter to separate lead plaster and store in pit.

Acid mist collecting and washing :

The devices which could create acid mist during separation (the head of belt corridor, crusher chamber, first separator, second separator, lead mud scraping scoop conveyor tail, lead mud mixing tank top, filter pressing chamber) are settled acid mist collector, mist through collection tube into acid mist washer and washed, filtered. The standard gas will be emission into atmosphere via *0m funnel by centrifugal fan. Acid mist emission index and Pb lead dust content meet national standard.
