1. Summary

With the shortage of oil resource , according to statistics, the market demand for global lubricating oil will reach *3 million tons in ***7.Vehicle lubricating oil is the most important consumption of lubricating oil ,with *5% global demand ,industrial lubricants account for about *5% .The annual lubricant oil consumption continues to increase.All countries stipulate the oil exchange period and standard for the industrial environment.There are organic compounds and chemical additives in the waste oil , such as oxygen, nitrogen, hydrocarbon and sulfur.If it is discharged or burned directly ,it will cause energy waste and environmental pollution . Therefore, the waste oil recycling area is highly valued by all countries in the world.

The lubricating oil will deteriorate gradually during the use of different industries.Just like the color darkens, the lubricating viscosity drops, the acid value rises, the irritating smell, and the oil sludge and the sediment.Therefore, the lubricate oil must be replaced after a certain period of use .The metamorphism of the lubricating oil is usually caused by 1% to *0% of the hydrocarbon ,the rest of the hydrocarbon components are still the main viscosity carriers and effective components of the lube oil.This is the value of the base oil regenerated from waste oil.

2. Waste Oil Molecule Distillation Plant Usage 

 It is widely used in the waste lube oil distill base oil ,waste hydraulic oil distill base oil ,4s store waste engine oil distill base oil and waste oil distillation and refineing ,etc .The waste oil short distance molecule distillation plant adopt high vacuum molecule distillation process,it can regenerate waste oil into base oil,low cost ,*5% high recovery rate ,environmental and energy saving .Its the first choice for the used oil regeneration project ,with great economic and social benefits .  

3. Waste Oil Molecule Distillation Plant Working Principles

It adopts high vacuum, atomization and flash distillation technology, which is different from the traditional distillation method separated by boiling point. (eg, separating by traditional technology requires the boiling point difference around **0℃, while the high vacuum molecular distillation technology only requires about **0℃ ) , it makes the vacuum liquid - liquid separation come true by difference between different particles mean free path. The free path means a moleculars traveled distance between two adjacent collisions. When the oil is heated, the light and heavy molecules of the oil spill over the liquid surface and enter the gas phase.Because of their different free path, the moving distance of different substances molecules is different from the liquid surface, thus achieving the purpose of material separation.High vacuum atomization flash distillation technology can accelerate the molecular spillover time and increase the oil rate.

4. Waste Oil Molecule Distillation Plant Process

It adopts high vacuum, atomization and flash distillation technology ,with below features :

4.1.1 Low working temperature (much lower than the boiling point), high vacuum (no load ≤ 5Pa), short heating time (in seconds), high efficiency separation, etc. Especially suitable for substance separation with high boiling point, heat sensitivity and easy oxidation .

4.1.2 It can remove low molecular substances (deodorization), heavy molecular substances (decolorization) and remove impurities in the mixture effectively.

4.1.3 The separation process is the physical separation process, which well protected the oil without be polluted secondary, especially for maintaining the oil quality when extracting.

4.1.4 With high degree of separation and high vacuum molecular distillation technology, which is more efficiency than the traditional distillation and ordinary thin film evaporator.

4.1.5  With specialized chemical catalysts and additives, even if under normal pressure, when the waste oil is heating up to **0 ℃, there will be no obvious oil cracking.While under normal pressure, the oil begin to carbonization and coke when the waste oil heating up to **0 ℃ without any catalysts, so the recycling oil quality will be reduced and the recovery rate will be decreased too. Because there are much colloid, asphalt, free carbon and other impurities in the waste engine oil, only by catalysts, it can prevent these substances from coking effectively, guaranteeing prolong the machine's life time and improving the oil recovery rate of the waste oil.

4.2 Oil separation according to the different distillation temperature(liquid-liquid separation), we can get light gasoline/diesel,light base oil, heavy base oil .

4.2.1 When the oil heated to ******0℃,******0Pa vacuum degree ,light gasoline/diesel components will be pulled out ;

4.2.2 When the oil heated to ******0℃,******0Pa vacuum degree ,light base oil components will be pulled out ;

4.2.3 When the oil heated to ******0℃,****0Pa vacuum degree ,heavy base oil components will be pulled out .Cut fractions through condensing then collect to oil tanks .

4.2.4 The residual oil, light component and extracted oil produced during the process are sold as the by-products of industrial fuel oil.

4.2.5 Waste oil distillation plant and auxiliary facilities are all sealed, tail gas is collected , and combustion in heating furnace .There is no exhaust in production .

4.2.3 Our technology no need to pretreat the waste oil material ,without acid alkaline wash and clay process ,no waste residue discharge .

4.2.4 The waste oil material contains water about **5%,it will distilled and condensed during process .There also has 2~3% steam water will be condensed during later refining process .After aeration flotation, the two parts of the oily water can be discharged into the sewage pipe line in the park. 

5. Economy Benefits

5.1 The recovery rate of the base oil is mainly determined by the waste oil material quality ,collected from 4s stores will be better ,collected from marine diesel engine will be worse .

5.2 General recovery rate (suppose waste oil material without water ) :

5.2.1 Light industrial fuel oil 5~*0%

5.2.2 Heavy industrial fuel oil 8~*5%

5.2.3 Base oil *0~*5%

5.2.4 The base oil with solvent refining technology ,it can meet  lubricant oil base oil Q/SY******9 HVI class **0 SN ,**0SN ,**0SN standard .

5.2.5 High automation and uncomplicated operation, it can operate with only 1 or 2 persons. The time for learning is about 3 to 4 days.
