 Brief introduction ofIndustrial continuous waste tire pyrolysis Production Line
Production line process:

1. waste tire crushed into rubber chip require size below *0mm together with transfer catalyst continuously feed into continuous process pyrolysis reactor by auto feeding system convert to oil gas and syn gas under normal atmospheric pressure low temperature pyrolysis cracking reaction
2. oil gas produced from continuous pyrolysis pocess flow through oil gas separator  cooling by condensers convert to fuel oil with a small amount of uncondense combustible syn gas (syn gas after purification systems use for the system as heating energy)
3.  after pyrolysis process the only solid by product produce is pyrolysis carbon black charcoal and small amount of steel wire which will be separated from carbon black charcoal by magnetic separator carbon black charcoal automatically delivered to the carbon black granule transformation machine covert to regenerate carbon black granule.
4. uncondense combustible syn gas after purified by purification systems use as a fuel for all heating systems, heating systems install with waste heat recycling system saving energy consumption, reduce equipment operating costs. Flue gas generated by the production line after purification process by flue gas purification system clean flue gas discharge by chimney to atmosphere.
