Our DWC direct water chiller series consistently deliver *5F**6F cold water for control of your dough temperature .

The main feature of DWC models is their rapid cooling : they are able to cool a capacity load of water from**8 to *3 degrees centigrade in *0 minutes. Thanks to their speed, these chiller are economical and productive: economical since they can be swithed off at the end of each working cycle:productive because during each mixing phase the water for the next batch is being cooled.
