PRODUCE: PHOTO ETCHED FILTER PLATES/FILTERS
One of the applications of the photo etched filter plate, is
the PHOTO ETCHED SHOWER HEAD FILTER.
Shower spray plate for shower head, small hole designed, can
to achieve water-saving effects and feel perfect when using
it.
water spray plate is arranged at the front surface of a shower
head, which has a plurality of fine spray holes for
discharging fluid passing through the internal flow channel of the
shower head to the outside. The water spray plate has a plurality
of spray hole arrays including said plurality of spray holes. Each
hole unit of the spray hole arrays includes a central extension
hole and a plurality peripheral convergent holes. The central
extension hole has a plurality of direction-diverting portions
which extend toward an opening of the central extension hole and
which are arranged at a predetermined spacing along the
circumferential direction of the opening. The central extension
hole has a plurality of extended spray portions formed by
connecting the outer edge surfaces of the opening to extend the
flow area of the fluid passing through the opening and discharged
to the outside. The peripheral convergent holes are arranged
outside of the central extension hole at a predetermined spacing
along the circumferential direction of the central extension hole.
Each of the peripheral convergent holes has a direction-diverting
portion which extends toward an opening of the peripheral
convergent hole and which is formed at the side that is opposite
the central extension hole to divert the flow channel of the fluid
passing through the opening toward the central extension
hole.
