FB-WFL/M weigh feeder(Belt Feeder), absorbing Germany Schenck technology (replacing DEL/DEM scale of Germany Schenck), is perfect equipment for continuous weighing, feeding and dosing bulk material and powder, and the same time realizing open-loop and closed loop flow control, our company have three models: WFL, WFM and WFS, it can be widely used in building materials, chemicals, coal, ports, ceramics, food, fertilizer, and other industries.

● The scale bracket adopts the box-framed structure which is bent and farmed by high quality steel plate , largely structural stiffness, good stability, and easy to demount one side bracket to change the belt on condition of cantilever(I-shaped steel will be used for WFL scale)

● There is scraping device inside and outside of belt, as well as feeding shield, to avoid material sticking and dust;

● There is belt tightening and aligning device to keep the certain tensility, besides, alarm signals will be output once the belt deviated;

● The weighing system is composed by weighing frame and weighing pulley, while the weighing frame is supported by two sets of cross-shaped reeds, the weighing frame have below merits: no displacement, no distortion, easy to maintain, and high accuracy for force transferring. 

● Load cell adopts the manner of cantilever bellows seal sensor, brings high accuracy. The stand of sensor can be ensured the weighing without impacting from side-force, so as to protect sensor, and avoid overload. Besides, the load cell is installed the other side of the reducer, it can prevent interfere caused by Electro-magnetic radiation.

● The speed sensor is installed in the tail pulley, to avoid the effect of measuring accuracy caused by belt sliding.

● The driving unit takes helical geared motor as the 1st stage, with merits of compact structure, easy installation and long service life.
