This product is a special surfactant compound, colorless transparent liquid, easy to dissolve in cold water. It is a kind of agent for weight compensation, with environmental protection. It does not affect characteristics of the fabric, also the feel will not be affected. It can be used in the same bath with other additives, such as silicone oil water repellent, and the effect will be not affected.

Application   

The weight gain required for the fabric is determined by two factors, the amount of the fabric used and the liquid content. So it is the key to calculate the amount of grams and then to use the pad-bath process to dry the working liquid with the proportion of weighting agent.

1、Silk cotton and blended fabric process：

Impregnated working fluid by dry cloth（Liquid rate *5~*0% → stentering (pull width) by hot-blast air → cropping moisture resurgence

2、Polyester and blended fabric process

Impregnated working fluid by dry cloth（Liquid rate *5~*0% →**0~**0℃ heat setting→ cropping moisture resurgence
