Description

HJ**1 is the melting type flux with high manganese and silicon, low fluorine. It has the appearance of brown to light yellow glass particles. Particle size of 2.**0.*5mm (***0 mesh). It can be adapted both AC-DC. The welding wire is connected with the positive pole when adapt DC power supply.It has good welding processing properties.
Application

It can welding the important structures of low carbon steel and low alloy steel (such as *6Mn and *5MnV) when corresponding the proper welding wire such as H*8A, H*8MnA, and HlOMnSi. For example ships, boiler and pressure vessel etc. It can be applied in electroslag welding and copper welding as well.
Note:

1. Flux must be baked for 2 hours at ******0℃ before welding.
2. The impurities such as rust, oil and water should be removed before welding.
