This Wheel - belt Type Aluminum (alloy) Ingots Casting Line, is the first to design based on the unique Chengdu Shuhong technology of continuous closed mould with cooled casting wheel and belt only. It is used for continuous casting of aluminum alloy trapezoidal ingots, the crystallizing wheel diameter ranges from 1.4 to 3.8 meters according to the required production rate and liquid metal supply. Referring to pure Aluminum, the production rates vary from 4 t/h to *5 t/h. As far as concerns Aluminum alloys it is expected a production rate ****0% lower depending on the alloy being cast. The length of ingot is for **0±5 mm (can be adjusted according to customer’s demand).
 
This production line has a strong adaptability for raw material, aluminum ingots, electrolytic molten aluminum, and waste aluminum wire (according to different technical). 

Process flow:
Melting (holding)furnace(with stirrer) →filter and degassing device→casting machine→hauling bridge→straightening machine→coding machine→ hauling machine→automatic shearer→cooling device→ device→stacking → packing
 The features of equipment：
Remarkably higher quantities can be obtained with other nonferrous metals, such as Brass, Lead and Zinc.
This patented technology allows for increased productivity and highly improved ingot quality.
 
The final product is easy to pack and store due to its shape. Smaller space requirement between stacked ingots because of tightly arrangement reduces transportation costs considerably.
