Q1. Is the hair virgin unprocessed? 
A: Yes,  the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned,  no acid bath,  natural unprocessed.

Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle? 
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.

Q3. Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair,  we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing,  but kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle

Q4 Why are my hair extensions getting tangled?

A:It could be caused by dry hair

Pls make sure to wash your hair at least once a week,  twice a week is better.

Q5:How do I take care of my human hair extensions?

A:Treat it like your own hair, keeping it clean and brushing it softly.

Do keep this hair away from all sources of excessive heat.

Q6:How to care your hair:

a. Wash the human hair extension in one week.

b. Water to wet hair, use a mild Shampoo,  Rinse and leave to dry.

c. Comb with a wire brush after dry.

d. You can perming dyeing,  but please remember do not do this too frequent, and   remember to use the nutrition water.

e.The combs you`d better choose the round with wide-toothed comb.

f.Don't make the hair under the blazing sun for quite a long time.

g. Don't blows the root of hairs too near with the hair drier.

h. Don't grasping the root of hair overexert when washing

Q7. How can I order one more bundle? 
A. You could place an order first,  do not pay,  leave a msg about what extra length you need,  contact the seller to adjust the order amount so you could pay.

Q8. How long is the processing and shipment time?
A: If your order our stock hair we will ship the goods within 24 hours after get the payment,  if customized the production need about 5-20 days,  shipment will take 3-5 days.

Q9. Is there any Customs tax? 
A: Usually we will put low amount in the invoice to avoid Custom tax,  but due to different policy in different countries (especially in South America and Africa),  there might be some Custom tax which is not considered in the price and should be paid by buyer. You could leave a msg when placing order about how much you want us to put on the invoice.

Q10. What is your Returns/Exchange policy? 
A: All returns will be considered on a case by case basis. All hair must be in the original packaging with all labels  still attached. Unravelled or used bundles could not be returned or exchange.
