Wild British Columbia Blue Mussels

We are currently looking for a distributor for wild blue mussels. These aren't the typical blue mussel as they range in size from a mere 3" to upwards of *2". Once again these are wild stock not farmed. We have the potential access of tens of millions of pounds, provided we can find the markets. The texture, quality, color and taste of the meat does not vary by the size of the product. Samples can be arranged. This is a pilot program to harvest the virgin mussel beds of the Queen Charlotte Islands off the pristine shores of British Columbia away from any commercialized habitation. Price to be negotiated. With this being a new venture we are taking every interest into account. We are very flexible and are willing to accomodate any and all buyer requirements whether it be live, frozen in the shell or shucked and packaging reqwuirements.
