Winder SJ****3/(**5 ) coiler is a machine specially designed for the purpose of winding PE pipes. It can wind pipes from *0 to *3 (*****5) millimeters in diameter. Two reels work in turn to keep production continuously. At the outer end of the reel six arms can open and close pneumatically , when the arms in working position they are self-locked. the reel's diameter can move-in while the pipe is taking off. The radius of winding arms can be changed as the diameter of pipe change. An arranger or liner runs automatically with the reel and it's speed ratio can be adjusted according to pipe’s diameter. Winding or production speed is controlled by a torque motor speed controller. The coiler has two speed series by changing the belt on the wheels of torque motor and gear reducer. Operation: The machine have been tested before shipping. When customer first use it, lubrication are needed in the moving parts such as chain, shaft and so on. After the connection of power and compressed air, operation may begine: first recognise the air pressure is 0.4Mpa and then turn the knob that controll the arm open and close, the arms should move easily and not too fast. As arms in close position the running of a reel can be done by touch the key controlling torque motor and turn the speeding knob to change winding speed and strength. The turning of any reel is controlled by cylinders moving adversely to push only one clutch in position, turn the controll knob to left or right for selection of which reel to run. The arranger take the task of layer seting. it runs synchronized with the reel and it’s moving distance per turn of the shaft can be adjusted by the speed lever on moving block. right speed or distance is selected according to the diameter of pipes. after one coiling or package to be done the moving block may not in the right position, and then push the clutch lever loose to decide the position for next winding.
