Window Lamination
The window laminating machine is specially designed for
laminating window type heavy paper, also is used to apply for
full page usual film.
After inline adding the coating unit on original laminating
machine, while processing window type heavy paper, the coating
unit applies glue on surface of paper, then the coated paper is
fed into infra-red dryer for suitable drying, then, goes to
laminate with glue film via laminating cylinder under
high-temperature and stronger impressing pressure, finally, the
finished product is cut through Flying-knife cutter or rotary
disc cutter.
While processing the full page lamination, first the glue is
coated on film, then, pass through drying process and laminating
process, finally, cutting procedure.
Highlights
#The use of SCR infra-red drying system special for window
product allows the temperature tolerance of down to +/*1C,
improving the operating access after process of paper glued.
#Expanded the diameter of main drying steel drum, and mounted the
thermal energy recycling system on dryer, increasing the drying
speed of glue greatly and saving power dramatically.
#Further increased the diameter of laminating steel cylinder and
laminating rubber roller, improving the surface brightness of
laminated product while running at high speed, and saving the
amount of glue application.
#The use of original servo control system and high-precise
pulling ruler system, coordinated with interface control system,
makes the accuracy of paper overlapping within +/*1.5mm during
long journey of paper.
#New designs for cutter, whole-journey synchronization belt and
free-adjustment conveyor, make paper not to easily be distorted,
belt not to be worn, operation to get more simple, lower noise.
Especially benefit for converting light-weight paper.
#Additional function for power ejecting paper on stacker. While
cutting is failure, the rear collecting board is automatically
backward, so that the uncut couples of paper can be ejected
directly out of stacker, avoiding the paper jam inside of
stacker.
