Instruction to operate wireless rfid hotel door lock 

1.Software system to control the whole the whole system by connecting with computer

2.Encoder can issue different cards to open digital door lock by connecting with software system through USB

3.After opening the digital door lock, puting the card on the energy saving switch to get power.

4.Obtaining the records inside the lock by recorder , then connecting with software system to have a detection

Ranking management with issued cards

a) Security card: To open all the hotel door locks whether it is in deadbolt working or not when using it.

b) Manager card (Centrally-control card): To open all the room locks except in deadbolt working.(For senior management personnel of hotels).

c) Waiter/Waitress card: To come into the room and provide services for clients in the specified time  

d) Storey manager card: To open all room locks of the designated storey except in deadbolt working. 

e) Cleaning card: To come into the room to do cleaning in the specified time (For cleaners)
