 Brief introduction of wood chipper;                                                               

        wood chipper also can be called wood slicing machine.belong to the woodworking processing equipment, Mainly for meet the need of wood pulp for chemicals,and wood chips for milling wood pulp.

We have Two type wood chipper:Disc Wood Chipper and Drum Wood Chipper

1.)mainly crushed logs,can chipping out better quality chips, widely used in textile,papermaking,pulp,artificial board industries for production preparation.

2).The main cutting raw materials are wood,bamboo,slab materials,etc after stripping.But for materials(thickness above **0mm or less than 5mm) and material(length less than ***0mm) and irregular raw materials(the stump,branches,less than 5 mm thick bamboo timber,etc),the disc wood chipper machine does not have full uniform cutting function,but drum wood chipper could do.

Drum Wood Chipper can handling different wood material,can used for all kinds wood board or bark

Wood Chips regularly is :Length *5~*0mm,thickness:3~5mm,not requirement on wideth, but do not exceed *0mm

 

 

Structure and working principles of wood chipper;

             The wood chips making machine is mainly composed of host, coupling, chassis, electrical machine, four parts, including chipper host by cutter, upper and lower cover, dog-house and discharging mouth components

             The machine integrate blade cutting and high-speed airflow impact with collision and double crushing functions. And at the same time it could manage to complete the micro-separation processing process. In the process of blades cutting, rotor produces high-speed airflow and rotates with the blade cutting direction. The material speed up in the flow and repeatedly impact
