This chipper has a compact structure, it’s very easy to install, convenient to operate and maintain, and also have a high production capacity. Final wood chip has fine quality; length of the wood chips can be adjusted freely in the defined limits.
This series disk chipper has the different output, the customer can select according to their own needs. Disc chipper series are special equipment used to produce high quality chips, which are widely used in industry production for paper making, flake board MDF. The cutting material is log.
Working principle:
The wood is put into the machine through feeding port, when wood contacts the shaver blades, it would be cut with high-speed rotating of, the cut wood chipper is sent by the high-speed steam flow which produced by blade of cutting disc.
This series wood disc chipper uses low or high voltage motors, large wood disc chipper have belt drive and direct-coupled drive two ways, horizontal and inclined feeding ways, above and below discharging ways. When cutting logs, the wood chipper has high quality, and its length can be adjusted within the range specified. Currently our company wood disc chipper adopts wear-resistant chrome plate, knife, bed knife, special knife which are all made â€‹â€‹of special steel.
