Overview

Product structure
Closed cooling tower combines the function of cooling tower and
heat exchange together. It reduces the temperature of process fluid
till it is close to air wet bulb temperature. When the system
works, process fluid for cooling will flow inside of serpentiform
coil of heat exchanger. The spray system is outside for moistening
coil surface continually.
Structure
details:
1. The main engine of closed cooling tower is composed of parts
including shell, heat exchanger, fan, spray water pump, water
collector, flume and pipe valve.
Closed cooling tower combines the function of cooling tower and
heat exchange together. It reduces the temperature of process fluid
till it is close to air wet bulb temperature. When the system
works, process fluid for cooling will flow inside of serpentiform
coil of heat exchanger. The spray system is outside for moistening
coil surface continually. The water spraying on the coil flows to
PVC heat exchange layer with efficient cooling effect for cooling.
Then, it falls on water collection tray for recycling. Meanwhile,
the air is sucked and it passes the coil and PVC heat exchange
layer so as to make some water evaporated. All moisture in airflow
is collected by splash eliminator and then it is sent back to water
collection tray. After that, it is evaporated and the heat is
carried away from spray water. As a result, the coil and process
fluid in the coil are cooled.
2. The new and unique coil design applies serpentiform coil and
guarantees certain inclination angle. As a result, when the coil is
not used, the medium water in the cooler can be discharged
completely so coil cannot be frozen after shutdown in winter for
users in the north and service life of cooler can be prolonged.
3. There is unique inclination, efficient dehydration and low win
resistance dehydrator; this unique patent dehydrator design
guarantees efficient dehydration (high evaporation and reduces
consumption of spray water) on one hand. It can reduce wind
resistance of fan and make the design become more reasonable on the
other hand.
