The afterheat recycler is the special equipment for coal, oil, and gas boiler, which is installed at the smoke access or flue of the boiler. It recycles the flue afterheat and heats the production, domestic water and boiler feeding water.
Structure: Flue is at the bottom.Water tank at the top. Blocking plates is at the middle. The water box has inlet&outlet access and blowoff ouelet.
When it is working, the smoke and gas pass the recycler flue, and then to the bottom of heat pipe. At this time the heat pipe absorbs heat and the flue gas lowers temperature. The heat pipe transfers the absorbed heat to the top and warms the air that passes the top of recycler. At this time, the heat pipe releases heat and warm the wate. Heat pipe afterheat recycler effectively saves the energy and reduces ****0% fuel consumption.
