Flotation Machine Basic Selection Principle:

1.According to the ore properties( optionality, feeding size, density, grade, pulp pH, etc) to choose the suitable flotation machine. For the easier separate ore with less air request , we could use mechanical flotation machine, conversely, you could consider using inflatable mechanical flotation machine. For coarser ore, we suggest the suitable KFY, BS-K and CLF type coarser flotation machine. For easier separate ore, fine feeding size, higher grade, low pulp pH, we suggest to choose high enrichment ratio of flotation column(especially suitable for the concentrating operation).



2.Concentrating operation is mainly to improve the concentrate grade, flotation foam layer should be thin, in order to separate the gangue, should not be used large inflatable flotation machine, so concentrating operation flotation machine should be different from coarse, scavenging operations.



3.According to the scales of dressing plant choose the appropriate specifications flotation machine. In general, large-scale processing plant should be used in large-sized flotation machine, medium and small processing plant should be used in medium and small size flotation machine, It should also be determined flotation machine specifications and quantity through technical and economic comparison.
