双联单螺杆出条机是由两个单联单螺杆出条机组成，采用各自独立的闭式减速传动系统。初级出条相当于一个单联精制机，在真空情况下制造皂粒。末级出条，皂粒被压缩，挤压后通过炮口以皂条形式连续输出，供下游切块机和打印机成型。该机减速机采用国内著名品牌全磨齿硬齿面减速机，耐磨损，噪音小，结构紧凑，稳定可靠。初级出条螺杆前端可加装精制板或精制网，对皂料实现0.*1mm极限研磨。筒体内筒采用不锈钢无缝管制作，永不渗漏。加长的筒体及螺杆长径比可达1:6，有效地对皂体进行挤压，增强皂料的密实度。螺杆采用新型铝合金材料或不锈钢材料，其它所有与香皂接触部件均采用优质不锈钢制作。控制部分采用变频调速。特殊设计并持续改进的水冷却系统，特别适合生产复合皂、透明皂和香皂。独创设计的减速机与轴承箱的连接方式，有效避免了国内同类产品减速机的油漏至筒体污染肥皂的问题。内筒壁为加厚无逢钢管,确保长期使用不漏水,避免同类产品采用其它材料筒体容易炸裂的缺陷。
