XH***3 is a low-power, highly sensitive all polarity Hall switch
chip designed and produced using CMOS technology. The chip device
integrates a voltage regulator, Hall voltage generator, small
signal amplifier, chopper regulator, Schmitt trigger, and CMOS
output driver internally. The chip has the characteristics of good
temperature stability, strong stress resistance, and high
sensitivity, with a working voltage between 2.5V and 5.5V. Provide
TO**2S inline packaging and SMT SOT***3L packaging, all of which
comply with RoHS environmental standards
