• Yakut has high yield and fantastic skin and flesh color.
• It’s preferable to consume “Yakut” mostly with fish&meats as well as in salads.
• Sowing period begins on February - March and harvesting starts on end of August depending to regions.
• Shelf life is **6 months in proper conditions.
