Low temperature vaccum drying oven

-          Cabinet’s capacity: from 500L to 2000L

-          Material: SS304 stainless, cabinet’s inside: glossed stainless steel, appealing

-          Temperature: from ambient temp. to 80oC

-          Holer, supporting tray are designed on hot plate to ensure the uniformity.

-          Water-ring vacuum pump enhances evaporation

-          Fully automatic operation

-          The system controlled by PLC with touch screen (Siemens – Germany) allows safe and stable performance.

-          Various drying programmes are available or users may self-edit programmes for easy operating.

-          The whole operation, temperature and time of drying is digitally displayed on HMI touch screen.

-          Errors displayed/warned on the screen help operators to identify the error quickly. (E.g: overheat warning, phase loss…).

-          Standby SCADA connection monitors machine’s operation via industrial network.

-          Temperature controller: ditital P.I.D controller
