2. Drying Process:The best moisture content to pelletizing is about ****0%. we select dryer according to your raw material, if your raw material is small, light and easy to dry, we will recommend you our air-flow dryer; and if your raw material is big, not light and hard to dry, we will select our rotary dryer for you. about the hot air stove, you can burn fuel, such as wood, sawdust and so on.

3. Pelletizing Process:XGJ series wood pellet machine is our patent product which has adopted the essence of pellet machine in oversea market. The heart parts"double layer die" has unique structural assembly and "rollers"are made of high wearable alloy materials, and they are with low energy, high efficiency, long life and so on. XGJ series new type pellet machine has filled the country blank in vertical feeding for ring die pellet mill and reached the international advanced level.

4. Cooling Process:After the pelletizing process, the temperature of the wood pellet is about ****0 degree, and the moisture content of the wood pellet is about *5%, so we need use Cooler to reduce about **4% moisture, such this the wood pellet is easy to store.

5. Packing Process:After cooling, the wood pellet will not directly enter into the fuel process, avoiding the wood pellet affected with damp. The packing process is necessary. we have two kinds of packing machine, one kind is heat sealer, the other one is automatic seam, according to your requirement.
