Property:It is white flammable nontoxic powder
with good smell and with specific gravity 1.**5. It can dissolve in
hot common solvent and acid, but not in water, ethanol or aether.
It will become to glue when cooled after being heated in the
organic solvent and be decomposed to stearate or salt when meet
strong acid and can absord moisture in air.
Application:
a) Combined with other metal soaps,It is used as
stabilizr in all non toxic applications in PVC processing,I.E
film for food packing,drinking straws,PVC materials for medical
purposes,it gives good early colour and bubrication.
b)water proofing agentsÂ
c)anti sticking agents and mould release agent in
rubber industryÂ
d)In paints it find applicationÂ
e)In grinding of pigments/sanding sealer
f)Flattenting agent-gives matte finishÂ
g) In pigment concentrtses ,elastomers polyrens
and other light colored plastics.
h)APPLIACTION WHERE SULFUR STAINING IS NOT
