Application:
ZNP multi-disc filter is mainly used in washing and thickening
section. It is used for removal of filler, ash and small ink
particles in pulp. Pulp can be washed and thickened and become
suitable for subsequent heat dispersion or refining equipments.
It
can also be used in paper machine white water recycling section for
recycling fiber in white water.
Features:
1.Multi-disc filter has big dewatering area, high output, minimum
power configuration and less power consumption.
2.Vacuum water legs should be equipped and mounted in higher
position. The outlet consistency is as high as ***2%.
3.It uses mesh fan disc, which has big dewatering area.
4.It is suitable for wide range of pulp, such as waste paper pulp,
chemical pulp, chemimechamical pulp, etc.
5.It is used in white water section of paper machine, to separate
out muddy, clear water and super clean water. Then they will be
utilized separately and effectively.
6.The frequency conversion control is simple. PLC automatic control
can be achieved.
