4.2.5  short-circuit protection:

 When charger’s output happens short-circuit situation, the charger could protect automatically, and the short-circuit output current should be less than 4.1A, when the charger’s load is sustained short-circuit, it should not be damaged, not only before power up but also after power up when the load is under the short-circuit. When the load short-circuit is removed, the charger should be recovered automatically to the normal output.
