How to measure
Measure with undergarments similar to those you will wear with your dress; do not measure over other clothing. Make sure the measuring tape is parallel to the floor and pulled evenly across the body with no slack. You may want to consider getting professionally measured. Consult the Size Charts to determine which size you should purchase.
Color
It is available for you to chose the color don`t in the color chart. And perhaps there is a chromatic aberration between different screens. To ensure the color is correct, please tell me the color`s English name and number of it. Thanks.
Please note that since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, so there may be a slight color difference
between the photographs and the finished dress,This is not an error.
Notice:
1. To choose standard size, please kindly indicate the US, UK or Europe Size standard clearly.
2. To make custom made size, if you do not know how to measure yourself exactly, please ask tailor to help you to measure it carefully.
3. Since computer screens have chromatic aberration, especially between CRT screen and LCD screen, we not guarantee that the color of our products will be exactly the same with the photographs you see.
4. Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer`s responsibility.
5. There will be US$*0.0 extra cost for plus size or complicated changing design service on the model.
6. The offer is not including any accessories like veil, petticoat, gloves, etc without special notice, if you want buy some accessories, please kindly contact us when you place the order.

Returns:
We do our best to serve our each customer the best that we can.
We will refund you for items returned within 7 days of you receiving them, for any reason. A full refund will be given if items are returned in their original condition.
Merchandise which is damaged or missing components is not refundable.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping with proper packaging.
On receiving items, we will refund you immediately.
Warranty &Maintenance:
We provide 1 month replacement and *2 months maintenance warranties. Items can be replaced during the first month or maintained for the first year.
***** Buyers are only responsible for the return shipping fees for warranty items.(In most cases, buyer will only have to return the problem components rather than the entire package.).
Before returning items, please make sure you get our (the seller’s) return address, and write “gift” on the delivery detail sheet. Please use regular postal service and send us the tracking number. As soon as we receive the items, we will repair or exchange them ASAP.
