Product Description

Y-type three-way diverter ball valves are designed to divert the flow of products in a storage, silo, conveyor outlet,

and dry bulk material outlet. These valves are used in the following applications

Feature

- Stainless steel cast for all surfaces that come into contact with solids
- Static and dynamic sealing of a valve port in a housing
- A trunnion shaft bearing, that is provided to the rotation axis part, prevents scratches
- Made of 304 cast and solid cast stainless steel or alloys for actuator housing and tube
- The flexible angle between three ports is adjustable in the field.
- Use O-ring and gasket for each seal component for stable sealing.
- Multiple sealing components prevent problems caused by the inflow of powdery materials
- No moving parts are included in the packaged system: Maximize life protection
- The PADD pneumatic actuator that is designed to rotate the Y-type three-way diverter ball valve: 135 Degree
- The PADD pneumatic actuator drive is a type of rack and pinion, and it is installed to have a double-cylinder tube and actuator
- The PADD pneumatic actuator is manufactured with 304 considering safety speed for each part
- Achieve high performance and maintenance through the PADD pneumatic actuator
