DESCRIPTION

The particulate respirator AC95 is designed to provide respiratory protection to the user, tested and CE approved according to EN149:2001+A1:2009 standards with particulate filtration efficiency (PFE) of >95% against small, non-oil aerosol particles and >99.9% bacteria filtration efficiency (BFE). It is disposable and designed to fit a wide range of face sizes.

INTENDED USE

This product is designed for various medical and industrial uses to help reduce the wearers exposure to certain airborne particles, including dust, pollen, smog, viruses, bacteria, and other hazardous and infectious materials. It is also designed to be splash and fluid resistant. 

FITTING INSTRUCTIONS

1.Open the mask wide and with one hand place it on the face covering the nose and chin with the nose clip on the top side and both headbands over your hand.

2.While holding the mask in place, pull the top headband around the back of the head above the ears, and bottom headband over the back of the neck below the ears.

3.Pinch the nose clip firmly around the nose and take deep breaths to ensure that air flows through the mask surface and not leaking from the edges or gaps around the mask.

4.If there are leaks, reposition the mask, adjust the nose clip, or pull the short ends of the headbands attached to the mask to achieve a tighter, more secure fit. 

WARNINGS

1.For adult use only.

2.This mask helps filter and protect against certain particulates and does not eliminate the risk of contamination or contracting any disease or infection.

3.Do not use in environments where the concentration of contaminants exceeds 10x exposure limits or when it presents immediate danger to life and health.

4.Not suitable for toxic gas or hypoxic environments or in any atmosphere containing less than 19.5% oxygen.

5.Not washable and should be replaced immediately if breathing resistance increases or if mask becomes dirty or damaged.

6.Beards, mustaches, and other facial hair may prevent a good fit and seal between the face and edge of the respirator reducing its effectiveness.

7.Please read instructions carefully for correct use and always ensure a tight and proper fit. Misuse may result in sickness or death.

8.Consult your supervisor or trained professional for medical or industrial uses.

9.Do not use if the respirator packaging is opened or damaged.

10.Store the respirator away from contaminated areas when not in use.

TIME USE LIMITATION

Leave the contaminated environment and area immediately if the mask becomes damaged, soiled, or if breathing becomes difficult to replace and refit a new mask. The product may be used until the expiration date specified on the packaging.

STORAGE

Before use, store respirators in the original packaging, away from contaminated areas, dust, sunlight, extreme temperatures, excessive moisture, and damaging chemicals in temperatures between -4°F (-20°C) and +86°F (+30°C) with relative humidity below 80%.
