 Alkaline Protease is a solid enzyme produced by submerged fermentation from Bacillus licheniformis . It is widely applied in detergent, leather de-hairing and softening, silk de-gumming.

Alkali Protease can efficiently hydrolyze the macromolecular protein into  free amino acids.

1. Appearance: yellow-brown powder (no deliquescencence and caking)

3. Water content: less than 8%

5. Activity validity: at *5℃,the product will retain more than *5% of its  activity for 6 month.

IV. Package, storage and transportation
The product is available in *0kg fiber bags or in *0kg carton containing 2kg plastic bags. 
The product has biological activity,should be stored in dry and cool place and keep away from strong light,heat and dampness to avoid activity loss. It should be avoid direct sunlight and drenching in transportation. Carefully and gently loading is also required.
