Aluminum &alloy Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Line Equipment 
Aluminium Rod Continuous Casting and Rolling Line is used to produce 
pure aluminum rod (1 xxx series), aluminium alloy rod with high intensity 
and heat resistance, such As Al-Mg alloy rod, Al-Mg-Si  alloy rod (***1), Al-TiB alloy rod etc.  The diameter of the finished aluminum rod is9.5mm, ï¿ *2mm, ï¿ *5mm etc.  The aluminum rod can be mainly used for the building materials,
 or for Electric grade of electric wire and cable, conductor. The aluminum rod 
CCR line is competitive with the relative international products. The capacity 
ranges from 1.5T6T per hour. The main raw materials of the aluminum rod can 
be aluminum ingots, or molten aluminum, or part of aluminum scraps etc. 
The quality of the aluminum rod exceed ASTM,JS,DIN and other internationally 
accepted quality standards.

1. Almost level casting and automatic casting system ensures no turbulent
 current, and by our special design, the molten aluminum feeding to casting 
system is oxide-free.
2. Box type in line degassing unit removes the contents of the hydrogen 
and impurity in the aluminum liquid with the small dispersed bubble by the 
inert gas.
3. Induction heater heats the cast bar before enters the rolling mill, 
and adjusts temperature automatically, thus achieving good electrical 
and mechanical properties.
4.  Oilfree coiling system with rollers makes it possible to produce oil free aluminum rod without the use of grease, which can save production 
cost and make workshop clean.

5. The aluminum alloy rod continuous casting and rolling line is competitive
 with the relative international products.
